NIT HRCII Fuses / 600V
The NIT HRCII Fuses / 600V is part of the Mersen (formerly Ferraz Shawmut) general purpose fuses line, distributed by Gross Automation.
The Ferraz Shawmut Canadian NS fuse series has offset contacts with British (BS88) dimensions. The NS series has diagonally offset contacts with British standard dimensions. Neither fuse is dimensionally interchangeable with other North American fuses. They are for short-circuit protection only, in motor controllers, for example, where overload protection is provided by an overload relay.
