A6Y-2B Series / Fast Acting Supplemental Protection
The A6Y-2B Series / Fast Acting Supplemental Protection is part of the Mersen (formerly Ferraz Shawmut) general purpose fuses line, distributed by Gross Automation.
Ferraz A6Y "Type 2B" Amp-trap midget fuses are fast acting on short circuits, yet have sufficient time delay to offer supplemental protection for small motors, transformers, and control circuits. (Not for Branch Circuit Protection).
